Social Media Management Process

1. Introductory Call (Overview)
We discuss your business or brand and what type of social media marketing plan works best for your company.

  • Who are you and what do you do?

  • ​What are your business goals?

  • ​What are some pain points you are having in the business?

  • Do you currently have a presence on social media?

My main goal of this call is to understand the overall goals you have for your social media and discover any expectations you have for me as your social media manager. 

2. Sending Quote/Proposal

I'll create a quote that best suites your needs. The proposal will outline how much the monthly costs will be, what all the package/management service entails, and tentative dates for weekly and/or monthly check-ins.

3. Onboarding Process Begins!
Now for the fun part: onboarding! After you approve the proposal and sign the contract, we start creating your social media strategy. We'll discuss what type of posts we should make, plan out which days and times work for feed & story posts, and flesh out your content calendar for the month. A detailed social media plan is a good way to start!

4. Check Ups
Throughout the process, I provide monthly analytics calls to give you a detailed review about your visitor analytics, engagement rate, hashtag analytics, and other data. I'll give you my professional thoughts on how we could further grow the platform and how we're aligning with monthly goals. You'll be able to provide your honest feedback and personal thoughts on what you would like to see in the future.
